Axios Features Shadow Learning – Across Multiple Industries and Professions

Interviewed by Steve Levine of Axios a few days ago, and he quickly pulled together this interesting summary. And I was glad to see him review at least one of the other superb ethnographies by young researchers that I drew upon for my broader findings.

I am a faculty member in UCSB’s Technology Management Program, a Digital Fellow at Stanford and MIT, my PhD is from MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and I study work involving intelligent machines. I specifically focus on robotics.
